Empty Nester
My son, Andrew and his wife, Monica moved into the house they purchased last month in West Seattle. While they did not live with us, they somehow seem more removed now that they have their own home. When we visit, it will often be at their place as they are busy with many projects to improve the 60-year-old home. We enjoy visiting and seeing the progress they are making. Our home now seems more spacious and empty than it was only a few years ago and we have more time on our hands. I guess it’s time for us to start our projects.
